What to expect if you write

A reply from Matthew Campbell, usually within a couple of business days, written by the person who wrote the pages rather than generated from a template. Anything sent over a weekend or an Alberta statutory holiday waits for the next working day, so a Friday evening message is normally answered on Monday or Tuesday. If a week passes in silence, the message almost certainly did not arrive — send it again rather than assume it was ignored.

Why the site exists

Because of the small panel at the top of the screen. It says exactly what the stage wants, almost nobody reads it properly, and nearly every failed stage traces back to that. Everything on Yemvario is downstream of taking that panel seriously and working out what each kind of goal actually demands from the board.

One person writes it, in Calgary. No team, no testers, no plan to expand into a network of sites.

Good reasons to get in touch

• A goal type behaves differently from the way the table on the front page describes it.
• Any correction: a stale detail, a term used loosely, a link that has stopped working.
• An order for the Goal Counter Workbook, or a question about one already placed.
• A privacy request under PIPEDA or Alberta PIPA — access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion.
• A copyright or trade mark concern, handled as described in the Third-Party Disclaimer.

Things this address cannot do anything about

Store billing, refunds, account recovery and technical faults inside an app are not something this site can act on. It has no relationship with any developer, no access to any store system, and no way to escalate a request into either. Their own support channels handle those, and going there first saves several days.
