Why does the site set anything at all?
Because a banner that asks the same question on every page is worse than useless. The cookie records that you answered, so the question stops. It holds no identifier, tracks nothing and is read only by the small script that manages the banner.
Does choosing Reject all change anything?
Technically no, and it is more honest to say so than to imply a difference. There is nothing on this site for a refusal to switch off: no analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising or remarketing tag, no session recorder, no heatmap, no embedded video, no social button and no externally hosted font. Every file the browser fetches comes from yemvario.com, so no outside company is ever in a position to observe your visit.
The banner is there because the choice should be genuinely offered and genuinely recorded, not because refusing costs you a feature.
How do I take my answer back?
With one button. Consent that is difficult to withdraw is not consent, so the control below erases the stored answer and reopens the banner so you can decide again.
Ignoring or dismissing the banner is not agreement; nothing is written until one of its two buttons is pressed.
Can I block it in the browser instead?
Yes, per site, without disturbing anywhere else. Chrome and Edge keep cookie controls under privacy and security; Firefox uses the same heading; Safari places them in the privacy part of settings; the Android build of each puts them under site settings. Deleting this domain’s entry removes the consent cookie and the banner returns next visit.
Blocking it costs nothing: every page here reads in full with cookies off, and with JavaScript off as well.
